Currently, electrical energy is one of the primary needs in everyday life. Almost every device used for daily life uses electric power. However, lack user awareness electronic devices can cause monthly electricity bills to be out control, both in-office and residential areas. To improve efficiency use offices housing, we designed a management system control consumption so that it does not exceed target bill. In this system, integrate priority into optimization algorithm. This queue algorithm genetic scheduling optimally. The was created form website limit by optimizing scheduling. method Genetic Algorithm calculate duration each as predetermined budget limit. will provide recommended number operating hours per day 30 days has been registered system. At same time, adjust operation based on order device. Based test, optimal fitness value 60th generation, with an average execution time 0.18 seconds. testing rules methods, accuracy rate 100%. running according regulations.
